Consultation Workshop “Ouvir a Indústria”

Consultation Workshop “Ouvir a Indústria”

On September 26th, the 1st Consultation Workshop of the Roteiro Naval Carbono Zero project will take place, part of a series of 4 workshops to be held in different areas of the country. The objective of these sessions is to integrate the opinions of the shipping industry into the Decarbonization Roadmap to be produced by the project.

The objective is to listen to companies in the North, collecting their opinion regarding the challenges and opportunities in the transition to a more sustainable shipping industry. Issues relating to technology, regulations, operational adaptations and their impact on the industry’s competitiveness, among others, will be discussed.

The information collected will be taken into account in the Decarbonization Roadmap, as well as be integrated into the training actions to be carried out by the project.
